- This service is prepaid service.
- There is no prepaid calling card in this service.
- Every user selects a personal PIN CODE instead of using different PIN CODE for every calling card.
- In order to make a call using the private Account Services, the user has to dial a free number from the country that he/she wants to use the service from, then he/she enters his/her own personal PIN CODE and follow the instruction given by the machine (IVR) to call any country in the world.
- The free numbers are available with in our leaflets and our company website.
- The validity of the Private Account Service is 365 days from the last account refill.
- The Private Account Service gets discount on the price on every minute from 10% up to 25% comparing to price of every minute using the Prepaid Calling Card.
- There is a difference in price for each minute depending on the country that the service is used from and depending on whether the user is using mobile or land line and if the user is calling mobile or land line.

- There are three prices for our Private Account Services:
15.000 S.P., 25.000 S.P., and 50.000 S.P.
- At any time, you can get a detail list of your own account and check the numbers that you have called and the duration of each call by visiting our company website and entering your personal PIN CODE.
- This private Account Service cannot be used inside Syria.
